This option is for you, if you are drafting or selecting your plans and wish to build in the next 6-18 months.

I take you through the Pre Build process with a guiding hand and experience on my side.

Going through this process before you start, helps your builder get you a fixed price contract. It allows you to put together all your selections without time restraints or pressure.

If you already have working drawings and you are ready to start choosing. This may involve fitting into your builder’s allowances in your quotation.

Feel the pressure valve release with the following inclusions;

+ All meetings in office &/or in showrooms for selection of tiles, bathroom fixtures, joinery fixtures & colours etc.

+ All exterior and interior finishes

+ All interiors fixtures & fitting selection

+ Any Joinery design & finishes including all appliance spec sheets for you joiner and electrician

+ Digital mood board

+ Samples to view or keep*

+ Digital & printed 60pg selections planner for you to present to your builder for quoting - complete with product codes, descriptions and photos*. 

 + Documentation (aka Building Bible) for your builder and trades to have onsite during the build.

+ Help with electrical and lighting plans.
